Strain-dependent active stress model

Problem

Currently the active stress generated for the ChamberSphere block is not dependent on strain. Physiologically, the Frank-Starling mechanism allows the heart to generate more or less active stress in reaction to strain on the myocardium. Hence, this would be an important feature for our ChamberSphere block.

Solution

Add a strain dependent active stress model to the solver. Give the option to choose in the input file whether ChamberSphere uses a strain-dependent or -independent active stress model.
