Affix - Greedy - Increase gold find

This affix may be problematic since it involves modifying how many coins are dropped by all enemies in the game, and I'm not yet sure how to accomplish this.

I'll just make an NPCLoot hook which drops a multiplication of the NPC value stat. The gold find % might go from 10% to 50% per affix.
