In the file reservoir_io_obs.csv, there are a few rows where the min and max temp might be backwards:

There are also 29 rows where max temp is less than mean temp, and 39 rows where min temp is greater than mean temp

@jzwart @jdiaz4302 @limnoliver either of you able to respond to this ? Note that this relates to the ​reservoir_io_obs.csv​ input dataset (which is a copy and filter of ​res_io_obs.feather​).
