@jswhit I created a new repository, disconnected from the h5py one, for the netcdf-c manylinux docker image. Ideally this repository should be moved/copiedcloned//copied to the Unidata organization.

I also updated netcdf-c to 4.10.1 and hdf5 to 2.2.0 in the image. This PR bumps libnetcdf from conda-forge 4.10.1 (built against hdf5 2.2.0) as well.

If you can add me as an admin to that repo, I can get it transferred in and make sure the proper permissions are handed out.

@ocefpaf Accepted! Unfortunately, I'd need admin permissions on that repo to transfer it.

I cannot kind find that kind of granularity in a repo that is not part of an org. I think I can transfer ownership to you. I'll try that tomorrow.

@dopplershift, done!

Note that the same could've been done directly to Unidata. One doesn't need ownership/membership to send a repo, only the receiving side can approve the transfer.

Well, it's in Unidata now! You and @jswhit should have admin permissions.

Failing with:

 invalid reference format: repository name (Unidata/manylinux_2_28_x86_64-netcdf) must be lowercase

We'll need the same fix used in Unidata/netcdf4-python-manylinux@33e4ac4

Now that everything is working as expected. I don't really need admin rights there. You can lower me to maintainer or something similar. (Unless you need to increase admin the bus factor.)
