When an OAuth provider rejects a refresh with invalid_grant, health checks now return a persisted expired verdict instead of an internal error, and the DCR reconnect handoff carries the stored OAuth client so the reconnect dialog opens and starts the OAuth flow. Includes e2e coverage for both paths.
