Single configuration URL change with no application logic; only affects which theme zip is deployed to QA.

Overview
Updates the QA theme deployment pointer in theme/artifact.json to a newer prerelease package: vc-theme-b2b-vue 2.57.0 (build from PR 2458) instead of 2.56.0 (PR 2448).

The deploy workflow reads this URL via deploy-theme.yml, so merges here will deploy the updated frontend theme artifact to the VCST QA environment (aligned with the automated vc-frontend update from PR 2450).
