Overview
Updates theme/artifact.json to point at a new prerelease theme package (vc-theme-b2b-vue-2.57.0-pr-2459-…) instead of the previous PR 2396 build.

This is an automated QA deployment pin so theme deploy (via deploy-theme.yml, which reads ARTIFACT_URL from that file) pulls the theme produced from vc-frontend PR 2459.
