See title, the new links "should" be:
for tags:
http://mylittlefacewhen.com/api/v2/face/?limit=1&order=random&search=["' . join('","', split(',', $1)) . '"]

for random:
http://mylittlefacewhen.com/api/v2/face/?format=json&order_by=random

I can't test this, because Pinkiebot won't run on my computer due to missing the bot modules in the perl library
