- Updated build configuration to include MCXA156 board. - Created new blinky example for MCXA156 with RGB LED control. - Enhanced memory region definitions for MCXA156. - Implemented HAL for OSTIMER and added time management functions. - Exposed RGB LED pins as GPIOs in the board configuration.
