Summary

• record the explicitly authorized twenty-fifth matched-backend observation from revision 10bed45
• document three bounded Anthropic author responses rejected by local factual and substantive-coverage validation
• record that no artifact or critic review existed and that fix(provider): classify statusless Claude API-error results #398's statusless API-error branch was not exercised
• keep parity indeterminate and release preparation blocked

Observed boundary

• authenticated Claude and Codex user-session transports were used; no Anthropic API key was used
• both 20-second authentication probes passed
• author attempts 1 and 2 were retryable; attempt 3 exhausted the cap
• each failure was invalid-response with factual-invariant-rejection stage/reason and fixed content-free diagnostics
• persisted active duration was 598,833 ms; provider-reported cost was unavailable
• no unknown Claude category was captured
• no artifact, critic call, review, adjudication, approval, export, submission, or release occurred
• authorization is exhausted

Privacy

The disposable runner and empty capture directory were deleted. This diff contains no private paths, run/session identifiers, candidate or opportunity content, provider prose, credentials, or private thresholds.

Validation

• final clean pnpm validate: 104/104 Vitest files and 1,594/1,594 tests passed; 54/54 release/security tests passed
• earlier unchanged runs reproduced open fix(knowledge): diagnose intermittent host mutation failures #389 across different host mutations; bounded Sol/medium diagnosis captured StorageValidationError once but proved no deterministic invariant, removed all instrumentation, and recorded sanitized evidence on fix(knowledge): diagnose intermittent host mutation failures #389

No further provider call is authorized.
