release: assetless v1.8.0 recovery fails during GitHub asset upload

Failure

The published v1.8.0 GitHub release has no assets, and npm still resolves @altertable/cli to 1.7.0.

Recovery PR #121 merged and dispatched Release Please run 36595391403. The build, checksum verification, and provenance attestation completed, but the Upload release assets step failed before npm publication:

Cannot find module '@/lib/object.ts' from '.release-orchestration/cli/scripts/publish-release.ts'

The recovery run checks out the released revision plus current orchestration; the publish script's path-alias resolution is not available at execution time.

Needed

Fix the recovery publish invocation/import resolution, then rerun recovery for immutable tag v1.8.0 (or deliberately supersede it with a verified release). Confirm GitHub assets and npm availability afterward.

Generated release PR #120 remains unapproved until this path is fixed, since it would use the same publishing workflow.

Update: #123 merged with the sparse-checkout/import-resolution fix and a regression test that builds the isolated publication helper. Its required verification, CodeQL, native compile, and Bun-compatibility checks passed. I approved generated release PR #120, which includes that fix. This issue remains open until a maintainer either dispatches and verifies v1.8.0 recovery or merges #120 and verifies the resulting GitHub assets and npm publication.
