@leo-altertable could you review this?

I picked you because the touched files are contributor-facing metadata with no non-Albert blame signal, and your Python SDK ownership is the strongest stack match. CI is pending; the main review focus is whether these shared templates fit the Lakehouse Python repo's contributor workflow.

@leo-altertable this focused community-file PR has remained green and review-gated for six days. Could you review it when you have a slot? The scope is limited to funding metadata, issue forms, and the PR template; the newer docs PR #19 and API PR #21 remain intentionally separate.

## Summary
- synchronize `CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md` and `SECURITY.md` with the managed
workspace templates
- keep this documentation-only correction separate from #18, which is
awaiting review for issue and PR templates

## Impact
- aligns public community and vulnerability-reporting guidance; no SDK
API or runtime behavior changes

## Validation
- `git diff --check`
- byte-for-byte comparison against the managed templates
