[FEATURE] Invisible Launch on application open

Problem

This is a simple preference I added in my own fork now because restarting the application opens the window every time.

I wanted a preference to disable that so that I don't have to close the window every time, especially when the app has issues and needs a restart more frequently etc.

P.S. while I'm sure not something you want to highlight, a menubar item to "Restart Fluidvoice" makes sense similar to Better Touch Tool just to facilitate a restart when the app does have issues.

Proposed solution

Additional preference to disable showing the main window even when manually opening the application.
