QA: first Datadog Mocha onboarding attempt

First uncoached production Datadog MCP onboarding attempt for Express/Mocha, preserved without parent fixes.

Baseline:9efc29e280018dafc1f0617f3a3d28f4e463b7be; green upstream https://github.com/expressjs/express/actions/runs/37533084671 . This draft targets an isolated branch at that exact source, preserving existing fork default-branch work.

Hosted result:https://github.com/anmarchenko/express/actions/runs/37622726830 — all9Linux Node18–26 jobs pass with baseline counts(1256+2pending on18/19;1257+4pending on20/21;1261 on22–26). Each executes88files across2local workers. All9Windows jobs fail before discovery because the auto-instrumentation action exports a /github/workspace tracer path Windows Node cannot resolve.

Linux coverage98.75% statements/99.61%lines is preserved and9LCOV artifacts uploaded; final aggregation is skipped due to Windows failures. Lint and unchanged legacy workflow pass.

No new secret was provisioned; this existing fork already had DD_API_KEY and the generated workflow used it. Credential values were never read/output. Backend telemetry was not separately inspected. This is a QA evaluation artifact, not a merge recommendation.
