feat!: v1.0.0 - Surface CLI replaces Code Discovery - #15

Replace code-discovery with analyze, legacy profile, skip-if-no-routes, and APISEC_REGISTRATION_CODE. Breaking: no spec PR; deprecated outputs empty.
0.1.11 is not published yet. Bump to the release that includes legacy profile after SurfaceCore merge.
