…1.3.0 The L2 log-rotation change shipped to main as the WIP marker 1.3.0-dev.1; the finalization to 1.3.0 was missed at merge. Drop the -dev.1 suffix in package.json and the CHANGELOG entry so the reported version and the update pill show 1.3.0.
