sort-lines should be included in default Atom install Core packages

Summary

Thanks for this very useful plugin.

I noticed that it wasn't installed in the core packages when I tried to access the sort functionality. I had to search to find and install it from the Settings -> Packages Install menu

I think this is a basic and commonly used enough feature that it should be installed by default as part of Atom core packages.

Motivation

Users can quickly use sort functionality from base Atom install without having to go and install the package
