docs: add v1.1.0 deployment addresses to README - #94

Add the v1.1.0 (feeAmount) deployment addresses alongside the existing v1.0.0 set. v1.1.0 is deployed via CREATE2, so each contract shares one address across Base Mainnet and Base Sepolia.
