Enforces a single development root and simplifies access validation. Previously the code iterated over multiple roots and tracked problematic entries; the new logic requires a dev root, attempts direct access, and surfaces a clearer, actionable error when the path is missing or inaccessible. Defers options initialization from the module top-level to the main entry point to avoid performing command-line parsing or emitting error messages during module import. Removes the early devRoot validation that logged an error and set process.exitCode, and instead calls setOptions() inside main(). Files changed: - src/grefplus/index.js
