tested on t-beam1.0, and sx127x. CONFIG_ESP_WIFI_STA_DISCONNECTED_PM_ENABLE is default enabled, and sleeps the wifi RF when disconnected. Signed-off-by: Peter M <petermm@gmail.com>

without this wifi never recovers, as cpu sleeps, and wifi ends up in weird state.
also wifi RF was kept up and using power.
tested on t-beam1.0, and sx127x.
