Closing in favor of a coordinated monorepo-wide vitest 5 bump: vitest@5 pins exact @vitest/* peer versions and this repo has a single root lockfile, so per-package bumps can't merge cleanly or pass CI. A manual coordinated PR will follow after local verification.
