let's do a version of https://github.com/bootc-dev/bootc/pull/2470 here - what might work is to run 1/2 of our integration test on ubuntu-26.04 and 1/2 on rhel-10? We may actually need to have a postsubmit job that runs the full suite against all supported OSes too
