Add a Helm chart that deploys the controller and daemon components. CRDs and RBAC rules are synced from the kustomize manifests via hack/sync-helm.sh (make helm). Assisted-by: AI Signed-off-by: Alice Frosi <afrosi@redhat.com>

The shell-expanded $(RUN) was not quoted, so regex alternation (e.g. RUN='TestA|TestB') was interpreted as a shell pipe. The unit target already quotes it correctly. Assisted-by: AI Signed-off-by: Alice Frosi <afrosi@redhat.com>

Create script to generate helm chart from the manifests. The PR also add an additional GHA that verifies that the operator can be installed via helm chart and the corresponding documentation.
