Regenerate upstream patch series from origin/release/2.44/master (48 patches). Rebase Bottlerocket aarch64 THP-in-malloc revert against 2.44 sources and rename to 9002-*.patch to keep it in the local-patches range. Verified Cargo.toml SHA-512s match ftp.gnu.org glibc-2.44 tarball and signature. Signed-off-by: Jarrett Tierney <jmt@amazon.com>
