Adds a controlled GitHub Actions matrix that audits the exact delta of every open upstream PR against
integration/upstream-prswith max parallelism 8.Outputs are isolated:
audit/clean-<PR>when the exact delta applies cleanly;audit/conflict-<PR>plus a conflict report when semantic reconciliation is required.It never writes to
main. spacedriveapp#580 remains isolated due to its size/history contamination, and spacedriveapp#613 remains blocked because upstream explicitly marks it WIP with planned rollback.
