…ys what it is for The description opened with the implementation (assertMsg fences in a choice body, cap, per-period limit, allow-list, expiry, revoke) and never said who the tool is for or what problem it solves. At 358 characters it was also the longest desc in the catalogue, against a median of 169, and Contributing.md asks for one to two sentences. It now leads with what the tool does that nothing else in this category does: it records what an agent was REFUSED, not only what it did. The name changes from KYA Rails to Know Your AgenticAI, which is the project's own name and the one on PyPI and in the repository README. KYA Rails was the hackathon build name. It also now collides with Know Your Agent, which has become a vendor category this year, and this tool is not an identity product. Three lines changed. No other entry touched, formatting untouched, JSON still parses with the same 56 entries.
