This pull request introduces a new pre-command hook script for Buildkite that sets up the
HAB_AUTH_TOKENenvironment variable based on the organization and AWS region. This ensures that the correct authentication token is used for different deployment environments.Buildkite hook and environment setup:
.buildkite/hooks/pre-commandBash script to determine the appropriate AWS region based on theBUILDKITE_ORGANIZATION_SLUGand export theHAB_AUTH_TOKENby securely retrieving it from AWS SSM Parameter Store.
