Validated the dependency update and pushed two directly related fixes. The final reviewed head is 3b5da88b79c26e7e9f05e67b335549e2b6620e0b.

  • Security: a live pnpm audit exposed high-severity GHSA-rgw5-rvv9-x895 through eslint -> minimatch -> brace-expansion despite the initially green Dependency Review check. The override pins patched brace-expansion 5.0.9 transitively and removes vulnerable 5.0.8.
  • Compatibility: engines.node now matches Vite 8's supported range, ^20.19.0 || >=22.12.0; the previous >=20.18.1 declaration admitted unsupported Node versions.

Final proof on Node 24.19.0 / pnpm 10.32.1:

  • frozen install passed
  • audit: no known vulnerabilities
  • unit suite: 4,913 passed, 37 skipped
  • Svelte check: 0 errors, 0 warnings
  • lint, typecheck, and production build passed with no shipped artifact drift
  • isolated Obsidian 1.13.4, fresh profile: E2E 49/49 passed; dev:errors clean
  • hosted CI passed on Linux, macOS, and Windows
  • CodeQL, Dependency Review, and Cloudflare preview passed

The final rebase incorporated the already-validated GitHub Actions update from #1665; package, source, tests, bundle, and manifests remained byte-identical to the locally proven head.
