Summary

• Updates the Linear integration to work with the current issue page layout
• Maps the Clockify description and task to the Linear issue id and title, for example [ENG-42] Fix login state
• Maps the Clockify project to the Linear project when one is set, otherwise falls back to the Linear team
• Maps Linear labels to Clockify tags
