What (description of the change)
Restores three
[0.3.0]CHANGELOG entries (#68 hardening, #70 AllowlistApprover constructors, #73/#76 eval harness) that landed on main during the v0.3.0 release flow but never flowed back to develop. Content is copied verbatim from main's[0.3.0]section (discovered during the v0.4.0 main-sync PR #149, where main's richer section was preserved there). Why (the problem you're solving)
develop is the source of truth for the next release train; its
[0.3.0]section has been silently missing these entries since September. Backfilling now also keeps the CHANGELOG conflict-free for the upcoming feature work (#143–#146).Testing (how you verified this works)
git diff origin/main develop -- CHANGELOG.mdbecomes empty after this PR (main's complete section is now shared).
