0.19.0 menambah 3 MCP tool baru dan menaikkan schema ke v20, tapi kedua halaman docs ini tidak ikut tereglesi pada rilis — agent/konsumen yang membaca docs akan salah paham kontrak API (mis. mengira verify/repair/timeline tidak tersedia via MCP).

crates/uteke-mcp/src/lib.rs(49 registration names, uniq) — tabel post-edit di-count ulang = 49 row.crates/uteke-core/src/memory/store.rs(CURRENT_SCHEMA_VERSION: i32 = 20) dan komentar migrasi dischema.rs.
