chore: bump parent version to 15.8.0 - #16

Node.js 20 is deprecated. The following actions target Node.js 20 but are being forced to run on Node.js 24: actions/cache@v4, actions/checkout@v4, actions/setup-java@v4, github/codeql-action/analyze@v3, github/codeql-action/autobuild@v3, github/codeql-action/init@v3. setup-java v4 is deprecated and will no longer receive updates. Please migrate to actions/setup-java@v5.

Cannot build an overlay database because build-mode is set to "undefined" instead of "none". Falling back to creating a normal full database instead.
