API Documentation for 0.1v

We need to start writing some documentation (Internal API and Programmable API) to make it easier for others to join the project.

Any suggestions on how to make writing and updating the documentation as easy as possible?

This is a great idea!

However, dvv/luvit-api(luvit/kernel) has been implemented by luvit.
We need to port for the lev.

I will move @kazupon 's version of kernel to lev as render today.
This should be good for web and other text generation projects.
