feat(app): add list, get, create, and update preview commands - #101

Add `coolify app previews list|get|create|update` subcommands backed by new ApplicationService methods and preview models. - create opens a preview for a pull request and queues a deployment (redeploys an existing preview); supports --git-type, --commit, --docker-tag, --url, --force, and --no-deploy - update replaces preview domains via --domains or repeatable --compose-domain, with optional --force-domain-override - validate pr_id as a positive integer and require Coolify 4.4.0+ - document the new commands in README and llms-full.txt and add service tests
