Work in progress version of parsing pushes, the
Finalizeversion of #40. Released as the last PRs needed to get a settlement running since Kaze will be off in the next days.Most things should be stable but it definitely need some extra polish, especially in the comments and tests.
Don't read too much on them. Also, it depends on a lot of open PRs so I'm very likely going to rebase everything and include all requested changes before releasing this PR.
A reviewer can still comment on the high-level structure at this point. No clean description here though.
