Repeated phrases in "dashrep_snippets.html"

Hi Richard (@cpsolver),

In the Diagnostic section of dashrep_snippets.html, the phrases output-trace-file-name and dashrep-comments-ignored are repeated.

There is a useful GitHub & BitBucket HTML Preview function available at https://htmlpreview.github.io/. So, to preview the "raw" version of the Snippets HTML, one can use this link:

The "Raw" link button is always available at the top-right of any file and is useful to see the raw text in Markdown files, for example.

Another change you could make to the Snippets HTML file is to make it responsive to different screen sizes, which is particularly important for mobile devices.
