Android 4.23.2 is published and the Android/iOS sample builds passed. The iOS pin is already current at 4.9.0.

Updates the Android SDK from 4.22.0 to 4.23.2, bringing in bounded rich-push image decoding and square notification icons from the native fix. Downloads over 5 MiB are skipped, and the notification still displays without the image.
This update also includes inline message availability and OkHttp 5 SSE support from the intervening releases. Apps importing
okhttp-sseorlogging-interceptorAPIs should declare those artifacts directly; the native SDK no longer supplies them transitively.
