Implement cache redirects

[Inspired by Apollo](https://www.apollographql.com/docs/react/caching/cache-interaction/#cache-redirects-with-cacheredirects), cache redirects would allow the library to return data that was already cached by another query. This optimization would increase cache hits, improving the value of the cache.
