Swap the beaded fresh* ring for the 14-lobe star ring

What

The fresh* agent icons (freshclaude/freshcodex/freshopencode) keep their source CLI mark, shrunk to fit, framed by a solid disc with a 14-lobe star-shaped window (one evenodd path) instead of the fourteen bead circles: smooth outer contour, scalloped inner contour — the double-outline look picked on the style board (variant 4 / pts14d, Option-A proportions).

Geometry

• Ring: disc radius 11.8 (matches the plain marks' native reach, so fresh and CLI icons read as one size); star window valleys on radius 9.0, quadratic controls on ~11.63, lobe apexes on ~10.2.
• Marks keep the landed shrink transforms — reach 7.83-7.92, >= 1 unit of air to the valleys.
• Monochrome currentColor, no masks; single evenodd path serializes identically everywhere (tab bar, picker, deck data-URLs).
• docs/index.html picker mock tiles follow the component geometry.

Tests

• fresh-agent-icons.test.tsx rewritten for the star-ring contract: disc subpath, 14 Q lobes, valley/control/apex radii, mark reach window, codex sweep regression pin, registry, standalone serialization (no mask, no circles).
• Verified locally: focused icon/blast-radius suites 174/174, typecheck + lint clean.

Follow-up to #798 (beaded family), replacing it per user re-pick.
