Problem Description
A workflow to follow from identifying a problem to merging it into the parent branch is easier to follow than general guidelines.

Proposed Solution
Replace "general" by "workflow" introducing a flowchart created with https://app.diagrams.net

Keep using the "general" system

• Fix weird reference to chapter: Documentation (has id id1 (?))
