FAQ button position

If we have an in-app FAQ guide, we may want to locate an FAQ-button on the login screen ("question mark" or "i"-sign), for example in the left bottom corner. Something like this:

Latest Android welcome screen layout is at deltachat/deltachat-android#2284, still does not have an FAQ button.

definitely makes sense to add at least a kebab menu with a troubleshooting or help entry, esp. as we have an offline help meanwhile that is available programatically easily

there is deltachat/deltachat-android#2870 that will add a title bar at all, then we can add easily a kebab menu and a help item
