Vendor bump from release candidates to final GA releases for two github.com/moby/moby modules:
github.com/moby/moby/api:v1.55.0-rc.1→v1.55.0github.com/moby/moby/client:v0.5.0-rc.1→v0.5.0
All three files (vendor.mod, vendor.sum, vendor/modules.txt) are consistent with each other. The go.mod hash for the api module is shared between the RC and GA releases (same go.mod, only the source changed), and new h1: hashes are present for both GA packages. No issues found.
