The oneinch transfers macro maps native USDC transfers to the wrapped native token 0x1111161b5af064893d1a88e467293ecf660eeeee, which had no price row, so every Arc oneinch swap had null amount_usd.

Adds WUSDC
0x1111161b5af064893d1a88e467293ecf660eeeee(18 decimals) to Arc prices.oneinch_transfers_macromaps every native USDC transfer to this address, and it has no price, so all Arc oneinch swaps have nullamount_usdand DefiLlama shows 0 volume on Arc. This row prices 99.5% of them, about $1.9M since Sep 10: https://dune.com/queries/8849092Merge order: please merge #10010 first (mainnet EURC and WETH, also used in Arc oneinch swaps). This PR merges cleanly on top of it.
After both are merged: once prices are backfilled from Sep 10, please full-refresh
oneinch_arc_transfersand the Arc oneinch models built on it, so the old nullamount_usdrows are repriced.token-prices-test flags WUSDC vs CoinPaprika's USDC, same as the wrapper rows in #10009.
Replaces #10046 that is closed
