Question: is it possible to customize search for a word?

Hi, I wonder if it is possible to customize `<Plug>CtrlSFCwordPath` to add some data.
Let's say my cursor is on word `foo`, can I press a hotkey to get 
```
:CtrlSF 'def foo' 
```
instead of
```
:CtrlSF foo 
```
?
