UI - Admin view create update printers

As a DFX lab admin, I want to be able to do crud operations for printers to configure the system how it needs to be

AC1. View printers view on ui. should be two tabs: one for general printers and one for egn lab
AC2. Integrate with Create printer endpoint
AC3. Integrate with update printer endpoint
