Align the SPDX 3.0.1 export with the ELISA Safety Architecture WG: Test Case → generates → Test Run (was hasEvidence). Update export docs to match and document hasEvidence for Snippet → Justification. Signed-off-by: Luigi Pellecchia <pellecchia.luigi@gmail.com>
Emit each bugs/fixes reference as its own SPDX File with an ExternalIdentifier (and identifierLocator for http(s) URLs), linked from the Test Run via hasOutput. Document the relationship and graph colors for Bug/Fix nodes. Signed-off-by: Luigi Pellecchia <pellecchia.luigi@gmail.com>
Include on-disk Test Run artifacts as SPDX Files (purpose evidence) with content MD5 and ExternalIdentifiers, linked from each Test Run via hasOutput and hasEvidence.
