feat(session): Claude Code-like client for session connect#40

Conversation
Render `agent session connect` like Claude Code instead of dumping the
raw stream: group tool calls with their results, space messages apart,
show assistant output clearly, and animate a status spinner.
- lib/events.ts: pure parser that shapes Claude Code step events into
grouped, styled transcript items (tool calls, results, thinking,
messages, summaries). Unit-tested.
- ui/ConnectApp.tsx: Ink UI with a live-rendered transcript, a composer
that echoes your messages, queued-message region for sends mid-turn,
elapsed timer, and ctrl+r to expand/collapse tool output.
- Drive the transcript from the structured steps API (GET
/v1/sessions/{id}/steps); the WebSocket carries only text, so it is
used as a wake plus status signal, backed by a slow poll.
- session start --connect: dedupe the header and replace the sandbox
wait dots with a self-clearing spinner.
Changes are scoped to `session connect` (and `start --connect`).
