When "Sync File On Save" is on, files that are renamed or deleted in the workspace are now renamed or deleted on the remote machine too, and files changed by Replace in Files are uploaded. This replaces the SFTP sync that only PHP workspaces had. Renaming a file in the workspace tree now sends wxEVT_FILE_RENAMED first, so a source control plugin can do the rename. Build > Run (Ctrl-F5) now runs the script, or opens the URL, from the XDebug settings when XDebug is the debugger of the workspace. Before, only PHP workspaces could do this. Signed-off-by: Anders Jenbo <anders@jenbo.dk>
