Biomechanical Toy looks like it has the uncompressed mame rom set in the StreamingAssets Folder.

I was able to compress the contents of the Biomechanical_Toy_Data\StreamingAssets\biomtoy directory into biomtoy.zip and it booted right up in both the FinalBurn Neo and MAME 2003-Plus cores in RetroArch.

Interestingly, there's also a b folder inside StreamingAssets with cgb_boot.bin, dmg_boot.bin and spc700.rom files. spc700.rom is just an empty 64-byte file. I suspect the Game Boy BIOSes are just the ones from SameBoy but I haven't verified that yet.
