The form posts every linked activity, the posted list now replaces the loaded one. Refusals of the event form get a status and a message.
Past and closed events included. Group managers also get events of groups they belong to, and bookings events lists are not paginated anymore.
The edited activity was stored under the same key as plugin-activities one.
